Backgrounds for the Pilot Project

1. Systematically studying on the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Acupuncture and Western Medicine Physiotherapy, Dr. Wang proposed that TCM channels are bioelectricity, and acupuncture is working on body bioelectricity, establishing the theory of Bioelectricity Medicine and Technology (BMT). In 2008, the book of Bioelectricity Medicine & Chinese Medicine came out. It is an innovative medicine that Bioelectricity Medicine is combining bioelectricity with TCM channels; it is an acupuncture innovation that bioelectricity technology is; and it is an advanced new acupuncture tool that the bioelectricity therapeutic apparatus was invented as.

2. From 2005, the clinic verification of bioelectricity therapeutic apparatus started ranging from folk clinics to hospitals, from hospitals to communities clinics. Until now, tens of thousands of people with hundreds of diseases have received the treatments, which are effective in the treatment of incurable diseases like Meniere, femoral head narcosis.

3. In 2009, Bioelectricity Medicine and Technology was introduced from folk into Laiwu city. In no more than a year were several physiotherapeutic agencies established in the downtown, curing more than 2000 patients.

4. For the benefit of developing Bioelectricity Medicine and Technology, Beijing Shenkang Medical Technology Co.Ltd. signed a strategic contact with Laiwu Vocational and Technical College in December, 2009, initiating a School of Bioelectricity Medicine & Technology and an Institute of Bioelectricity Technology. Great contributions have been made to the education and training, as well as the research and development of Bioelectricity Medicine and Technology.
